Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
We package all artwork with professional care to ensure safe delivery.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided at checkout.
The Carbon Art is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the artwork is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Due to the unique and original nature of artwork, all sales are final unless:
The artwork arrives damaged, or
The artwork is materially different from its description
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter appropriately.
